You can’t sleep, playing & replaying what happened to you

You want to be untethered from the people who have hurt you

You want to experience more joy & energy in your life

You are ready to forgive yourself

You want support in a confidential, non-judgmental, & compassionate setting

"If you have any doubts about forgiveness, reclaiming your dignity, and letting go or accepting painful emotions, then I highly recommend joining this program. The support from the group, dealing with painful relationships, has freed me from long held beliefs about myself."
Fred C.

This is NOT right for you if…

Something feels just too good about living in pain and unforgiveness

You’re not quite ready to give up your identity as the victim of someone else

Your hurt is so recent that you cannot put words to what happened to you

You will walk away…

Released from the hurt you’ve been carrying

Knowing that you are not alone

Understanding what forgiveness is and is not

Becoming a more forgiving person

Able to sleep at night, no longer ruminating over past hurts

Clear on whether to reconcile with or release for good the person who hurt you

Having taken steps to forgive yourself

Able to recognize patterns that lead to your being hurt

"The process has essentially helped me hardwire effective strategies for dealing with difficult emotions. We also covered the concept of dignity and the importance it plays in the process of forgiveness. How dignity violations contribute to feeling trapped in the mindless cycle of reliving painful, traumatic events. After the first experience, I for the first time in a long time, felt I would be able to stop feeling trapped in negative internal dialogue about every situation that creates an opportunity to feel hurt. The process and tools have stayed with me as valuable resources in living a fuller life."

"Taking part in this group was a great way to learn about forgiveness and explore better solutions rather than waiting for someone to apologize. Also wonderful to learn to forgive ourselves as well."
Kim P.
"Instead of holding on to the anger that someone hurt you and has yet to apologize, writing the letter as if it is from that person was so liberating and certainly decreases the anger. The faces of the women I was in the group with; the power of being able to recognize my hurt even in the face of what could be considered stronger hurt; the calming of certain pasts."
Sam W.
"At the end of one of our sessions, I realized that Jennifer, in the truest sense is a physician. And as a coach, she brings the gentleness of her practice to life, putting me at ease with the process of forgiveness, and helping me find my strength and confidence to face difficult experiences that affect my ability to be a whole person - healed person."
Dannie B.
"Jennifer is a kind spirit with compassion that is off the charts, … she is loving and very intentional about making space."
Ashley S.
"Most of all, I learned about dignity and how to recognize my own and honor everyone else's. By first preserving everyone's dignity, I could find the path of forgiveness through all the emotions and hurts of the events."
Angie R.
"The process of forgiveness and understanding emotions has given me tools to help me feel more confident processing painful experiences. I learned a lot about emotions, the layers to our feelings, that I did not understand, and that I can develop the ability to understand and manage in a much more sophisticated way. Especially as it relates to myself, how I carry un-manageable emotions in my body, essentially using them against myself, but learn how to release them in a healthy way. "
Fred C.
