Jennifer Griggs

Are you feeling overwhelmed, yet unfulfilled?

Are you wondering if what you’re hustling for is what you really want after all? Would you like to find a place where you really belong? Do you want to be like those people who seem to be comfortable in their skin?

You’ve tried for a long time to create this elusive thing they call “balance.” It’s not working for you, is it?

I followed all the rules, believing that would get me to where I wanted to be.

I reached all the milestones, pursuing what I thought was success in my career as a physician, while also trying to be the wife and mother I wanted to be – racing from appointment to appointment, meeting to meeting, and still always feeling behind at work and at home.

I was working seven days a week, but never felt like I was enough. I sometimes felt like a visitor in my own home. Guilt and shame were frequent companions, and I was living on the brittle edge of life.

Finally I realized that how I was living my days was going to be how I lived my whole life, and it had to stop.

Change is hard, though! It takes courage and commitment and a river of purpose flowing underneath everything we do.

I had to let go of what I thought I knew about myself. I had to let go of the identity trap and be open to new ideas and possibilities.

A better, more fulfilling life is calling your name.

With the curiosity of a scientist and the imagination of a poet, I’ll ask you powerful questions no one has ever dared to ask you – because the first step toward fulfillment is discovering what it is you really want. Your answers might surprise you.

With fierce compassion, I’ll stand in your corner and help you see yourself in a way you’ve never done before. Holding you with gentle accountability, I’ll help you clear the obstacles (both seen and unseen) so you can reach your aspirations and come home to yourself.

My clients discover purpose, courage, and contentment.

They make major job changes with confidence. They experience deeper and more authentic relationships. They learn how to hold (but not manage) others’ problems. They learn how to ask for what they need in effective and collaborative ways.

They find themselves enjoying life more and looking forward to each day.

How could your life change if you began exploring these areas yourself with an experienced coach who knows firsthand the struggles of the high-performance life?

Jennifer’s superpower is being naturally curious about what is happening in the moment. She asks questions that once answered often surprise me by both the simplicity of my responses and the ease at which she guides me to a plan of action. Working with Jennifer over the past few months has given me insight into who and what I want to be and do.”
